  1. What's your realistic "worst case scenario" for CT range/efficiency concerns?

I won't buy a CT without max load of proven 4680 battery packs. Worst case scenario- YES available, proceed, NO - cancel order!
  2. Is the folded exoskeleton actually easy to manufacture

I hope CT engineers figure out how not to shatter ALL the windows and destroy the inner cage, in an impact. Sledge or otherwise. Crash test videos are going to ROCK!
  3. Is the folded exoskeleton actually easy to manufacture

Another question. If an accident is energetic enough to bend a SS fender where will the metal actually fail? The posts? Something else? For repairs, would one cut out the failure point and weld a segment or panel in?
  4. Cybertruck steel body can be superheated to different colors

This whole thread is silly, HS metal shop experiments, to do on your $ 65,000 investment!
  5. What is your biggest Cybertruck question you'd like answered by Tesla before committing to purchase?

As this thread illustrates, the CT is an experimental vehicle. Not a consumer car. Stainless alloy 30X, supposed FSD, new battery tech. Etc. To many valid questions to even ask. We're gonna be testdrivers of future EV tech.
  6. What is your biggest Cybertruck question you'd like answered by Tesla before committing to purchase?

I wonder if Tesla will dump the ever expanding Big Ugly Screen, for dual screens - one dedicated to driver spec functions (maybe with heads up?) and the other for infotainment, navigation and background functions? Some redundancy could be built in too.
  7. Cybertruck Financing - Current Tesla owners chime in (please)

If you'd put 60 K on TSLA in January, you'd be able to buy an model S, a model Y (for the spouse) and still have a good pile saved for your CToy!
  8. Recent Rivian vids (ads) about offroad capabilities are astonishing

Recent Rivian vids (ads) about offroad capabilities are astonishing. Highly adjustable suspension height, 4 axle motors, 400 mile range, 3 sec - 0 to 60, huge storage, $ 61 K ish with tax rebates... Cybertruck has a true ev rival...
  9. Cybertruck pics & videos from the Petersen Automotive Museum [Dates Extended Until July 5]

Sharp rear edges, not gonna fly with thos in production. It's, Beginning. To. Look. Ugly. Again, IDKW. The front end needs design work. Wanna see more lights? Tow gear? Graffiti bait!
  10. What is your biggest Cybertruck question you'd like answered by Tesla before committing to purchase?

Maybe 200 miles... for your huge trailer. Remember 3 hours (or less) trailering may mean 3 hours charging to 80 %. Still want it?
  11. What is your biggest Cybertruck question you'd like answered by Tesla before committing to purchase?

I'm not sure a unibody stamping is either safe, or repairable. Looks cute, but what happens after the fenderbender, or a head on collision?
  12. Long Range 2-motor?

Battery day will reveal all! I'll stick with the dual motor, million mile battery. Supercharger V3, 30 minute 3/4 th charge time, Quiet cybertruck@varooom!
  13. Do You Currently Drive an EV?

Funny, I couldn't vote for a Tesla solar roof! Only $100 will reserve you one! My choices are now the Y, or CT or roof! Haha.
  14. Locking in FSD price with CyberTruck order

If FSD isn't free by the time I get mine, I don't need it. Cybertruckin by FSD is a sad joke, on us. When I can't do my driving with enhanced autopilot, my kids will drive...
  15. Best reason to buy a Cybertruck

Adjustable suspension height, dual or tri-AWD motors, spacious, million mile batteries, million mile body, optional great FSD, brutalist design, I WANT TO DRIVE IT! MY KIDS WILL INHERIT IT!
