Wondering what the best strategy is for Canadians buying a cybertruck

Best to pay USD And pick up at the factory and then import?

I wouldn't want to pay additional tax to import it to Canada. If you want to save some money, Alberta has cheaper sales tax and I would cost probably under $200 to transfer the registration to another province.
