Tho illegal-at least I think- one could do some fancy-ass designs using Electroluminescent Light.

Sure make the CT a night time show in areas, deserts, the bush....

Or maybe paint your CT in patterns of the Australian outback using glow in the dark paint. As it starts to wear off you can repaint in a different design.

Would make for interesting evenings out in the desert.

If you mix Americum in with the phosphorescent paint it glows all the time. Like those old watch hands.

In California, there's a maximum luminescence per area. So it's totally legal to have an EL or LED wrap here ^-^

EL panels are pretty low power, but they're also 100v so tend to leak alot...
