Yeah I caught that too. Might have just been a language / Elon-speak thing. The website says the whole structure is 30X stainless and it's an exoskeleton design. It stands to reason that most of the exterior will be 30X.

Yes, when loading the ATV in the back, the read-end lowered to decrease the approach angle. It was an explicitly mentioned feature. The front looked like it was still at whatever height it was set at when the back-end was lowered (per the CT reveal).
