SentryMode & dashcam ?

For those in the know.
If you dont get the full autopilot upgrade. Do you still get that Sentrymode/Dashcam feature?
Was thinking of getting a SSD to connect to it.
But not getting the AutoPilot mode option. Too much money for it and I like to drive the it!

Just because it has FSD doesn't mean you have to use it... but I want it for those safety features.
And given how technology advances, buying a SSD now might cost you more for 1/4 or less storage than it will in 2 years.

So that means that if you want those Sentry mode/Dashcam feature the FSD upgraded is needed?
Just want to be sure on that.

A wise man once explained so few companies achieve 100% marketshare. But accumulating 40%, 10% 9%,2%.... incrementally that way you can accrue 100% or more without the monopoly problem.

SO why not Tesla build the chicken before the egg.
